Im Mohammed Fayaz as QC Mechanical Engineer with over 11+ years of experience in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. I am currently seeking a new opportunity with a reputable Consultancy, Construction, or Facility Management company to contribute to project quality and growth.
In my current and previous roles, I have been responsible for managing all site QC activities from project initiation to handover, including coordination with Consultants to ensure compliance with Project specifications and standards.
I have worked on several Mega projects in KSA, including:- Aircraft Maintenance Hangars – KAIA Phase 03, Jeddah Airport - Riyadh Metro – Stations 1B4 & 3B2 - MISK Tier IV Data Center - Qiddiya Film Studios & Digital Art Museum -Residential Buildings & Football Stadiums
My scope included -Inspection, Review of Shop drawings ,Material Submitalls,Installation, Testing, Commissioning, and BMS System Integrating for all MEP services.
