Duties and Responsibility:
> Supervise and manage day-to-day construction activities at site as per approved drawings and specifications.
> Ensure work execution complies with project plans, technical standards, and safety regulations.
> Coordinate with client, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project progress.
> Monitor construction schedules and ensure timely completion of activities.
> Inspect materials delivered to site and ensure quality standards are met.
> Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.
> Conduct site measurements and assist in quantity calculations and billing.
> Resolve site issues and technical problems in coordination with the project engineer.
> Ensure proper implementation of HSE (Health, Safety & Environment) standards on site.
> Supervise manpower and equipment to optimize productivity.
