🔍 Key Responsibilities:
*Oversee daily operations and service schedule
*Manage site teams, supervisors, and schedules
*Ensure compliance with quality, HSE, and client requirements
*Coordinate with clients and internal departments
*Monitor performance, reports, and operational KPIs
🎯 Requirements:
✔ Proven experience as an Operations Manager minimum of 5 years (GCC / KSA preferred)
✔ Background in Facilities Management / Pest Control preferred
✔ Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
✔ Experience in the Saudi market is an advantage
✔ Transferable Iqama preferred
