Job Summary:
Responsible for ensuring guest rooms and public areas are clean, well-maintained, and meet hotel cleanliness and hygiene standards to provide a comfortable guest experience.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Clean, service, and prepare guest rooms according to established standards
Maintain cleanliness of public areas, corridors, and back-of-house areas
Replenish guest supplies and amenities as required
Identify and report maintenance issues or damaged items
Follow health, safety, and hygiene procedures at all times
Cooperate with supervisors and other departments to ensure smooth operations
Experience: Minimum 2 years
