Job Summary:
Responsible for supervising maintenance operations to ensure hotel facilities, equipment, and systems are in good working condition.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate daily maintenance activities
Conduct preventive maintenance to avoid breakdowns
Handle electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and general repairs
Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergencies
Maintain maintenance records and reports
Coordinate with external contractors and suppliers when required
Experience: Minimum 2 years
