Key Responsibilities:
Development:
• Design, develop, and maintain web applications using the MERN stack.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code.
• Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
Training:
• Develop training materials and resources for MERN stack technologies.
• Conduct training sessions, workshops, and seminars for junior developers.
• Mentor team members to enhance their technical skills and best practices in development.
• Stay updated with industry trends and incorporate them into training programs.
Qualifications:
Education:
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Experience:
• 3+ years of experience in full-stack development using the MERN stack.
• Proven experience in developing scalable web applications.
Skills:
• Proficiency in MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js.
• Strong understanding of RESTful APIs and web services.
• Familiarity with version control tools (e.g., Git).
• Ability to troubleshoot and debug applications efficiently.
Training Skills:
• Excellent presentation and communication skills.
• Experience in teaching or training individuals or groups is a plus.
• Ability to simplify complex concepts for easy understanding.
