We seek a creative and results-driven E-Commerce Specialist to lead the expansion of our digital sales channels and enhance our online presence. The ideal candidate will use their expertise in e-commerce platform management, digital marketing, and search engine optimization to optimize our Amazon and Shopify stores, drive traffic, and convert visitors into customers. This role requires a strong ability to analyze performance metrics and the creativity to develop engaging content that resonates with our target audience across multiple social media platforms. As an E-Commerce Specialist at Gulf Pak Foods Pvt Ltd, you will be responsible for managing product listings, optimizing inventory, and maintaining high standards for landing pages to improve conversion rates. You will devise and implement comprehensive social media strategies across Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook to build brand awareness and customer engagement. Additionally, you will oversee the management and optimization of paid advertising campaigns on Meta platforms and TikTok, ensuring a strong return on advertising spend. This position demands hands-on skills in content creation using tools like Canva or Adobe Creative Suite and a data-driven approach to continuously improve online sales performance. This role does not involve team management but requires close collaboration with marketing and sales teams.
Responsibilities:
Manage and update product listings on Amazon and Shopify platforms, ensuring accurate descriptions, pricing, and inventory levels.
Optimize landing pages and product pages to improve user experience and increase conversion rates.
Develop and execute social media strategies across key platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook to boost brand visibility and audience engagement.
Create engaging and brand-aligned content including videos, static posts, and interactive media to attract and retain customers.
Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns on Meta Ads (Facebook and Instagram) and TikTok Ads to drive website traffic and sales.
Track and analyze key performance indicators such as return on investment (ROI), return on ad spend (ROAS), and cost per click (CPC) to measure campaign success and inform strategic decisions.
Use Google Analytics and other analytic tools to monitor website traffic, user behavior, and campaign effectiveness, applying insights to improve sales performance.
Collaborate with the creative team to design high-quality marketing materials using Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of digital marketing trends, e-commerce best practices, and competitor activities to keep the company ahead in the online marketplace.
Coordinate with inventory management to ensure product availability aligns with online demand and promotional activities.
