Application/Wrapping: Applying resin-impregnated tapes or fabric (fiberglass/carbon) around pipes, elbows, tees, and flanges.
Resin Mixing & Handling: Mixing two-component epoxies and applying them accurately to ensure proper curing.
Quality Control: Ensuring proper tension during wrapping, eliminating air bubbles, and inspecting for delaminations or improper curing.
Documentation: Creating digital or written reports detailing the repair for compliance and traceability.

Industries: Oil & Gas, chemical processing, marine, and water treatment.
Scenarios: Emergency leak repair, strengthening corroded pipes without shutting down, or preventing biometallic corrosion.
Qualifications:
● 5-8 years of experience in composite application (preferably in utilities, energy, or industrial sector).
● Certification: Any certification in composite systems
● Technical Knowledge: Understanding of composite materials, resin systems, and structural repair principles.
● Safety Training: Experience working in industrial, high-pressure, or marine environments.
● Physical Aptitude: Ability to work in confined spaces, at heights, or in awkward positions.
● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with customers and management.
● Strong commercial acumen and customer service orientation.
● Self-motivated with ability to manage multiple priorities under deadlines.
