Job Purpose:
To serve as the dedicated point of contact for customers for our cleaning services, managing all customer enquiries, bookings, and scheduling exclusively through Calls and WhatsApp. You will ensure seamless coordination between our customers and the on-site operations team, delivering efficient and friendly support in both English and Arabic.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage all customer communication exclusively via Calls and WhatsApp in English and Arabic.
• Respond promptly to enquiries about service packages, pricing, availability, and process.
• Process new bookings, confirmations, rescheduling, and cancellations directly through WhatsApp.
• Relay appointment details, special requests, and customer notes accurately to the operations team.
• Update the company’s scheduling calendar based on interactions.
• Maintain a professional, helpful, and courteous tone in all spoken and written communication.
Requirements:
• Fluent in English and Arabic (Spoken and written) is mandatory.
• Previous experience in customer service, support, or coordination—especially via messaging apps.
• Reliable high-speed internet connection and a suitable remote working environment.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple conversations efficiently.
• Familiarity with basic scheduling tools or willingness to learn quickly.
• Self-disciplined, responsive, and able to work independently during assigned hours.
Working Days & Hours:
• Saturday to Thursday (Friday off)
• 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM
Reporting to: Operations Manager
Salary: QR2000/- to 3000/-
