1. Processing sales orders, purchase orders, and contracts with high accuracy and timeliness.

2. Following up with suppliers and freight forwarders to provide accurate delivery updates to customers.

3. Experience with systems like Oracle, zoho, or Salesforce.

4. Excellent verbal and written skills for dealing with international clients and internal departments.

5. Ability to effectively communicate with clients and staff members
