Fabrication of Pressure Vessels & Tanks
Fabricate pressure vessels, storage tanks, heat exchangers, and similar equipment as per drawings and codes.
👉 ড্রইং ও কোড অনুযায়ী প্রেসার ভ্যাসেল, স্টোরেজ ট্যাংক ও হিট এক্সচেঞ্জার তৈরি করা।
Reading & Interpreting Drawings
Read engineering drawings, P&ID, isometric, and fabrication drawings accurately.
👉 ইঞ্জিনিয়ারিং ড্রইং, আইসোমেট্রিক ও ফ্যাব্রিকেশন ড্রইং বুঝে কাজ করা।
Material Cutting & Forming
Perform plate cutting, rolling, bending, and shaping using machines or manual tools.
👉 প্লেট কাটিং, রোলিং, বেন্ডিং ও শেপিং করা।
Fit-Up & Assembly
Proper fit-up of shells, heads, nozzles, flanges, and supports before welding.
👉 ওয়েল্ডিংয়ের আগে শেল, হেড, নোজল ও ফ্ল্যাঞ্জ ঠিকভাবে ফিট-আপ করা।
Welding Coordination
Work closely with welders and ensure welding is done as per WPS and drawings.
👉 WPS ও ড্রইং অনুযায়ী ওয়েল্ডিং নিশ্চিত করা।
Dimensional & Visual Inspection
Check dimensions, alignment, roundness, and visual quality during fabrication.
👉 ডাইমেনশন, এলাইনমেন্ট ও ভিজুয়াল কোয়ালিটি পরীক্ষা করা।
Code & Standard Compliance
Follow ASME, API, or client-specific standards during fabrication.
👉 ASME, API বা ক্লায়েন্টের স্ট্যান্ডার্ড মেনে কাজ করা।
Handling Tools & Equipment
Safely operate grinders, cutting machines, rollers, cranes, and lifting tools.
👉 গ্রাইন্ডার, কাটিং মেশিন, রোলার ও লিফটিং টুল নিরাপদে ব্যবহার করা।
Quality & Safety Practices
Maintain quality control and follow safety rules and PPE requirements.
👉 কোয়ালিটি কন্ট্রোল ও সেফটি নিয়ম (PPE) মেনে চলা।
Repair & Modification Work
Carry out vessel repair, alteration, and reinforcement as required.
👉 ভ্যাসেল রিপেয়ার, মডিফিকেশন ও রিইনফোর্সমেন্ট কাজ করা।

👉 ASME / API স্ট্যান্ডার্ড সম্পর্কে ধারণা
👉 সেফটি রুলস ও PPE মেনে কাজ করার মানসিকতা
Experience:
* 2–5 years of experience in pressure vessel / tank fabrication
* Experience in oil & gas, petrochemical, or industrial projects
* Hands-on experience with carbon steel, stainless steel, and alloy materials
Technical Skills:
* Ability to read and interpret fabrication drawings, GA drawings, and isometrics
* Skilled in plate cutting, rolling, bending, and fit-up
* Knowledge of nozzles, flanges, supports, stiffeners, and vessel components
* Familiar with WPS, welding symbols, and fabrication tolerances
* Understanding of ASME Section VIII, API 650/620 standards
Tools & Equipment Handling:
* Experience using cutting machines, plate rollers, grinders, drills
* Safe handling of lifting equipment, cranes, chain blocks
* Knowledge of measuring tools (vernier, tape, level, gauge)
Quality & Inspection Awareness:
* Ability to perform visual and dimensional inspection
* Knowledge of fit-up inspection and pre-welding checks
* Familiar with NDT basics (RT, UT, MT, PT – awareness level)
Safety & Work Ethics:
* Strong knowledge of workshop & site safety practices
* Ability to work with PPE and permit systems
* Physically fit for fabrication work
* Team player with good coordination skills
