- Oversee daily operations of the galvanizing plant
- Implement and monitor galvanizing standards and procedures
- Prepare and maintain accurate production reports
- Plan and schedule production activities efficiently
- Supervise and manage plant workforce effectively
- Troubleshoot and resolve plant-related issues promptly
- Ensure adherence to safety and quality standards

???? Qualifications & Experience
- Diploma of Associate Engineering (DAE) in Mechanical
- Proven experience in steel fabrication or galvanizing operations
- Strong knowledge of galvanizing standards and implementation
- Excellent leadership and labor management skills
- Proficient in production planning and reporting
