We are seeking a highly skilled HSE Manager to lead our Health, Safety, and Environment programs across all operations. This role is responsible for developing, implementing, and continuously improving HSE systems that ensure compliance, reduce risk, and promote a strong safety culture throughout the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the development and execution of the company’s HSE strategy, policies, and annual plans.
- Provide expert guidance to senior management on HSE risks, compliance requirements, and improvement opportunities.
- Foster a proactive safety culture across all departments and project sites.
- Ensure full compliance with local regulations, international standards, and company policies.
- Conduct regular risk assessments, hazard identification, and environmental impact evaluations.
- Oversee incident investigations, root-cause analysis, and corrective/preventive action implementation.
- Develop and maintain HSE performance dashboards, KPIs, and monthly/quarterly reports.
- Monitor site activities to ensure adherence to safe work practices and permit-to-work systems.
- Coordinate internal and external HSE audits.
- Design and deliver HSE training programs for employees, contractors, and new hires.
- Ensure competency development in emergency response, first aid, and safe work procedures.
- Lead emergency response planning, drills, and crisis management activities.
- Maintain readiness of emergency equipment and response teams.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, Occupational Health & Safety, or related field.
- Professional certifications such as NEBOSH IGC, OSHA, IOSH, or equivalent (preferred).
- Minimum 7–10 years of progressive HSE experience, including at least 5 years in a managerial role.
- Strong knowledge of HSE regulations, ISO 45001/14001 standards, and risk management frameworks.
- Proven experience in construction, manufacturing, industrial, or related sectors.
