Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Architecture preferred)
Minimum of 10 years of experience in building and residential unit maintenance

Language Skills:
Proficiency in both Arabic and English (spoken and written)


Technical & Professional Skills:
- Strong knowledge of building maintenance operations

- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and AutoCAD

- Ability to respond quickly and take prompt corrective actions

- Capable of working under pressure and managing multiple tasks

Customer Service Skills:
- Excellent communication skills with clients and residential unit occupants

- Ability to handle customer concerns professionally and effectively

- Available to respond to clients at all times, including weekends and official holidays, as required by work needs

Key Responsibilities:
- Direct communication with clients to identify issues and define the scope of work

- Assess required resources including costs, manpower, and timeframes

- Supervise on-site maintenance activities and ensure continuous follow-up during execution

- Perform fieldwork and ensure quality and timely completion of tasks

- Prepare maintenance reports and monitor work progress and related costs

- Ensure efficient workflow and adherence to safety and quality standards
