As we expand, we are seeking a Senior Receivable Accountant to strengthen our finance team and ensure seamless receivable operations in a highly regulated industry.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and oversee accounts receivable processes, ensuring timely invoicing and collections from hospitals, clinics, and healthcare providers.
Reconcile customer accounts and resolve discrepancies with precision and urgency.
Prepare monthly receivable reports, aging analysis, and cash flow forecasts for management.
Ensure compliance with healthcare industry regulations and company policies in receivable management.
Collaborate with sales, logistics, and finance teams to streamline receivable workflows.
Support external and internal audits with accurate documentation and reconciliations.
Escalate overdue accounts and coordinate corrective actions with stakeholders.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (B.com/M.com/MBA-Finance/CPA/CMA preferred).
5–7 years of experience in accounts receivable, preferably within medical distribution or healthcare supply chain.
Strong knowledge of accounting principles and ERP systems (Microsoft/Oracle/SAP experience is a plus).
Familiarity with healthcare compliance standards and documentation requirements.
Excellent analytical, reconciliation, and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Strong skills in excel, word and Microsoft outlook
