Job description:

Job Overview
Lead end-to-end procurement operations for multiple business divisions, ensuring timely availability of materials/services at optimal cost, quality, and compliance.

Responsibilities

Strategic Procurement and Planning
Develop procurement strategies, support procurement plans with cost inputs, vendor data and CR.
Support pre-contract and post-contract teams by providing cost inputs.
Vendor Management and Sourcing
Identify, evaluate, approve and manage suppliers, subcontractors.
Lead supplier negotiations for pricing, payment terms, delivery schedules, contractual conditions.
Cost control and compliance
Monitor costs, ensure policy payment terms, delivery schedules and contractual conditions.
Team Leadership
Mentor procurement officers and buyers
Excellent understating of construction and MEP materials.
Vendor evaluation and contract management.
Procurement software proficiency.
Leadership and stakeholder management.
Requirements

Bachelor's degree in engineering.
Minimum 12-15 years procurement experience in construction, MEP, FM, Contracting companies.
Minimum 10 years GCC experience Mandatory
