• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Telecom Civil forman
• Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in telecom tower civil works.
• Able to read and execute the drawings (FDED)
• Manage full scope of civil works at tower sites, including: Excavation activities , Steel reinforcement fixing , Form work and concrete pouring , Foundation works for telecom towers.
• Ensure all structural requirements for tower erection are properly executed.
