Role Summary
Manage soft & hard FM services, ensuring safe, compliant, and efficient operations in line with SLAs & KPIs.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise hard services (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire systems)
Oversee soft services (cleaning, waste, pest control, security)
Manage site teams, contractors, and daily operations
Ensure HSE compliance and reporting
Requirements
Diploma/Bachelor’s in Engineering or Facilities Management
3–5 years FM experience with MEP knowledge
Work Conditions
Site-based role
Shifts/weekends or emergency call-outs may apply
