Handle service requests and incidents efficiently.
Maintain accurate documentation of issues and resolutions.
Ensure high customer satisfaction through professional communication.
Qualifications & Skills:
Diploma in IT-related field (minimum).
ITIL Foundation certificate (preferred).
Strong interpersonal and customer-handling skills.
Professional telephone etiquette.
Languages: Fluent in Arabic and English.
Experience in customer support, particularly call handling.
Strong soft skills and teamwork abilities.
