Location: Jubail
Department: IT Operations

Key Responsibilities:

Manage major incidents and problem resolution processes.

Collaborate with cross-functional IT and business teams.

Document incidents, lessons learned, and knowledge transfer.

Maintain and manage ITIL Knowledge Management processes.

Identify gaps and improvement areas in processes.

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or Engineering.

ITIL Foundation (mandatory); ITIL Problem/Incident Management certifications preferred.

Root Cause Analysis (RCA) training is required.

Experience with ITSM tools.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and business communication skills.
