• Minimum 3–5 years proven experience in refrigeration and air conditioning maintenance
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, chillers, split & package units
• Skilled in fault diagnosis, preventive maintenance, and emergency repairs
• Good understanding of safety standards and tools
• Experience with compressors, condensers, evaporators, and control systems
