Key Responsibilities:
• Follow-up on routine maintenance and repairs on MEP systems & must have idea of civil as well
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals.
• Coordinate with engineers and other technicians for integrated system support
• Report writing in Arabic and English on MEP and civil status of building

Qualifications & Skills & Education
• He should be able to communicate in Arabic
• Preferred: Diploma or ITI (Industrial Training Institute) certification in Mechanical, Electrical, or Plumbing trades.
• Additional Advantage: Completion of an MEP Technician Course or vocational training in HVAC, electrical systems, or plumbing.
