1. Technical Skills
• Crane Assembly Knowledge: Deep understanding of crane components, assembly procedures, and mechanical systems for LR, Kobelco, Demag and Sany cranes with all configurations.
• Drawings and manual Reading: Ability to understand technical drawings and assembly manuals.
• Tools Usage: Skilled in the use of specialized tools and equipment required for crane assembly. Familiarity with all type of hitches.
2. Safety and Compliance
• Safety Regulations: Thorough knowledge of workplace safety standards
• Risk Assessment: Ability to identify potential hazards during crane assembly and implement preventive measures.
• Emergency Response: Ability to handle emergencies, including equipment failure or accidents.
• Permit: Ensure all crane assembly / dismantling comply with permit requirements.
3. Leadership and Management
• Team Leadership: Ability to lead and manage a team of assembly workers, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and safely.
• Communication: Clear communication with team members, supervisors, and clients on site regarding assembly / dismantling issues, and requirements.
• Problem-Solving: Quick decision making skills to address and resolve on site issues or equipment malfunctions.

4. Qualifications
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in crane assembly.
• leadership and supervisory experience.
• knowledge of crane components, assembly techniques, and safety standards.
• Strong problem solving skills and attention to detail.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Certifications in crane rigging, or related fields are plus.
• Ability to work at heights.
• Medically fit.
• Physically fit to handle heavy equipment and perform manual tasks.

Employment Offer Details in SAR:
1. Total Monthly Salary – 4,000 to 5,000 sar depending on the result of the interview
2. Transportation – provided by the company and/or suitable company vehicle
3. Accommodation – provided by the company
4. Working Hours – 8 hours a day, 6 days a week (48 hours a week)
5. Work Location: as per project requirement
6. Two Year Contract and renewable – permanent position
7. 90 days probationary period
8. Medical Insurance, as per Saudi Labor Law
9. 21 days Paid Annual Vacation Leave after completion of one year service
10. Annual roundtrip ticket to home country after completion of one year service
