We are looking for a skilled and enthusiastic Barista to join our team. The ideal candidate should be passionate about coffee, customer service, and maintaining high standards in a fast-paced caf?/restaurant environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and serve hot and cold beverages, including coffee, espresso, and specialty drinks.
Operate coffee machines, grinders, and other caf? equipment.
Ensure consistency and quality of all beverages served.
Provide excellent customer service and handle guest orders professionally.
Maintain cleanliness of the coffee station and work area.
Monitor stock levels and report shortages to management.
Follow hygiene, health, and safety standards at all times.
Handle cash/POS system if required.
Assist with other restaurant duties as needed.
✅ Requirements:
Previous experience as a Barista is preferred.
Knowledge of coffee preparation techniques and latte art is an advantage.
Good communication and customer service skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.
Positive attitude and team spirit.
