Supervise and manage day-to-day site construction activities
- Review drawings, specifications, and BOQ prior to execution
- Perform site setting-out, leveling, and layout verification
- Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings and method statements
- Coordinate with consultants, project managers, subcontractors, and suppliers
- Monitor project progress and report daily/weekly status
- Prepare RFIs, inspection requests (IR), and technical submittals
- Review shop drawings and material approvals
- Verify subcontractor work and quantities for billing
- Assist in preparation of progress invoices and variation orders
- Ensure compliance with QA/QC procedures and safety regulations
- Attend site meetings and inspections with client/
Experience in the earthworks. Site preparation works, roads, and infrastructure projects.
• Coordination with QC team to get the material approvals, site activities RFIs approvals and closing all NCRs.
• Supporting Planning Engineer to prepare the DPR/ WPR/ MPRs.
• Controlling the construction costs, idle manhours, idle equipment and wastage of material.
• Supporting Planning Engineer to prepare the monthly interim invoices.
