Qualification & Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline
Minimum 5 years experience in recruitment and HR coordination
Excellent spoken and written English
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
knowledge of Arabic (spoken/understanding)
Ability to prepare RFQs and handle vendor communications
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate and manage recruitment activities
Screen CVs and support hiring processes
Prepare and manage RFQs and related documentation
Maintain HR records and reports
Support day-to-day HR and administrative tasks
