Reviewing tender documents, drawings, and specifications.
Coordinating with suppliers and subcontractors for competitive quotes.
Preparing and submitting technical and commercial proposals within tender deadlines.
Working closely with project managers, planning, and procurement teams.
Maintaining up-to-date cost databases for materials, labor, and equipment.
Requirements:-
Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering or Quantity Surveying.
10+ years’ experience in tender estimation – preferably in civil infrastructure and GCC projects.
Experience with Bahrain Tender Board processes and government tenders preferred.
Proficiency in MS Excel, AutoCAD, and estimation software.
Strong analytical skills and ability to work under tight deadlines.
