I am professional construction engineer and results-driven project management progressive leadership experience in construction and maintenance project management and project consultancy.
Proven ability to direct and govern multi-project portfolios, including the successful delivery of 10+ Aramco construction and maintenance projects and SEC, while ensuring full compliance with QHSE standards, and contractual requirements.
Core Expertise:
- Manage Project Lifecycle: initiation, planning, execution, monitoring and control, and closure handover with strict budget and schedule control
- Manage multi disciplines teams "Civil, MEP, QHSE, Procurement "
- Manage site workflow of day-to-day productivity with compliance to required documentation
- Contractor & subcontractor management, claims, and stakeholder coordination
- Developing Comprehensive Workplace QHSE Compliance Strategy and full coolberate with QHSE teams to make sure the work progressing smoothly
Good experience in Aramco + SEC Projects "Aramco Approved".
