 Follow up with clients to ensure on-time delivery and customer satisfaction.
 Resolve any customer issues, complaints, or delivery discrepancies in coordination with relevant departments. Delivery notes, invoices, and payment receipts.
 Material dispatch and delivery tracking reports
 Coordinate with accounts department for invoicing Procurement & Supplier Negotiation
 ERP Systems: Odoo, Microsoft Dynamics 365, Zoho Books, Orion, Tally ERP9
Manage end-to-end logistics and procurement operations ensuring smooth supply chain flow.
 Vendor management & vendor negotiations cost-saving initiatives
 - Examine purchase orders, delivery documents (COO, Packing Lists, SASO, Air Waybill) before dispatch.
 - Track and coordinate shipments to ensure on-time delivery with proper documentation.
 - Optimize supplier contracts, cost efficiency, and quality control.
 - Ensure compliance with local & international trade regulations.
 - Collaborate with warehousing, finance, and transportation teams for seamless operations.
