We are seeking experienced Lead Design Engineers (Multidisciplinary) to join our organization. The ideal candidates are technical leaders who possess a "complete scope" understanding of design consultancy operations. You will be responsible for interpreting complex Scope of Work (SOW) documents and overseeing the integrated design process across Civil, Architectural, Structural, Electrical, Mechanical, and Piping (MEP) disciplines.
Key Responsibilities
Integrated Design Management: Review client SOW and translate requirements into comprehensive, cross-discipline engineering designs.
Technical Oversight: Provide leadership and final design approval for civil, structural, mechanical, electrical, and piping systems.
Coordination & Clash Detection: Lead multidisciplinary design reviews and utilize BIM/Revit to ensure seamless integration and zero-clash designs between all engineering elements.
Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all designs strictly adhere to the Saudi Building Code (SBC), international standards (ASME, NFPA, etc.), and local authority requirements (e.g., municipalities, Civil Defense).
Project Lifecycle Leadership: Manage the design process from conceptualization and BOQ preparation to final shop drawing approval and technical support during execution.
Mandatory Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Mechanical Engineering (or related) from an accredited institution.
Experience: Minimum of 05 years in a multidisciplinary engineering consultancy environment.
Software Mastery: Expert proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit BIM, and specialized design tools (e.g., StaadPro, ETAP, or HAP).
