Hiring D365 Finance Solution Architect In Singapore - Base Camp Recruitment

We are seeking an experienced D365 Finance Solution Architect on behalf of our client to lead and support end-to-end Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O) implementations. The ideal candidate will have strong functional finance expertise, client-facing experience, and the ability to translate business requirements into scalable D365 Finance solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and deliver end-to-end D365 Finance & Operations (F&O) implementation projects
* Design finance solutions aligned with business requirements and best practices
* Work closely with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and translate requirements
* Drive process consultancy by documenting and defining AS-IS and TO-BE business processes from L1 to L4 levels
* Collaborate effectively in an Onsite-Offshore delivery model
* Provide functional guidance to implementation and support teams
* Participate in client workshops, solution walkthroughs, and design discussions

Requirements:
* Proven experience implementing end-to-end D365 Finance & Operations (F&O) projects
* Strong knowledge of implementation methodologies including Sure Step and Agile
* Hands-on experience across finance business functions such as:
---Finance
---Accounts Receivable (AR)
---Accounts Payable (AP)
---Fixed Assets
---Project Accounting
* Strong client-facing experience with the ability to manage stakeholder expectations
* Experience working in an Offshore-Onsite delivery model
* Solid experience in process consulting, including AS-IS / TO-BE documentation from L1-L4

Nice to have skills:
* Experience working on D365 F&O support engagements
