Alfalah Heavy Rental Equipment is seeking a highly experienced *Senior Human Resources * with over 10 years of progressive HR experience, preferably in the heavy machinery or equipment rental industry. The ideal candidate will lead all HR functions, ensuring alignment with business objectives, fostering a productive work environment, and supporting organizational growth.
*Key Responsibilities:*
* Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and procedures aligned with the company’s goals.
* Manage the full spectrum of HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, training, performance management, employee relations, and compliance.
* Lead talent acquisition efforts, particularly for technical, operational, and managerial roles within the heavy equipment rental sector.
* Oversee workforce planning and succession planning to ensure business continuity.
* Drive employee engagement initiatives and maintain high levels of staff satisfaction.
* Administer compensation, benefits, payroll, and incentive programs, ensuring market competitiveness.
* Ensure compliance with Saudi labor laws, regulations, and company policies.
* Conduct performance evaluations, develop training programs, and implement professional development initiatives.
* Provide strategic HR guidance to senior management on organizational development, workforce optimization, and change management.
* Handle employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary actions with fairness and confidentiality.
* Monitor HR metrics and prepare reports to support data-driven decision-making.
* Promote a culture of safety, accountability, and professionalism within the organization.
*Qualifications:*
* Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master’s preferred.
* Over 10 years of HR experience, with at least 5 years in a senior management role.
* Proven experience in the heavy equipment, construction, or industrial rental sector is highly desirable.
* Strong knowledge of Saudi labor laws and HR best practices.
* Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
* Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
* Proficient in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
