Manage and oversee civil construction projects from mobilization through completion and handover.
Plan, coordinate, and control project activities in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, BOQ, contract requirements, and project schedule.
Lead site execution teams including construction engineers, supervisors, foremen, subcontractors, and labor.
Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal departments to ensure smooth project execution.
Monitor project progress against approved schedules, milestones, manpower plans, and productivity targets.
Review construction drawings, method statements, ITPs, material submittals, RFIs, and technical documentation.
Ensure construction activities comply with approved quality standards, project specifications, and applicable codes.
Coordinate with QA/QC and HSE teams to ensure quality and safety requirements are fully implemented.
Manage project resources including manpower, equipment, materials, and subcontractors.
Monitor project costs, quantities, variations, procurement requirements, and commercial performance.
Identify project risks, delays, constraints, and interface issues and implement appropriate mitigation measures.
Prepare and review progress reports, management reports, forecasts, and project dashboards.
Ensure timely submission and closure of RFIs, NCRs, inspections, technical queries, and other project documentation.
Coordinate project handover, as-built documentation, testing, commissioning support, punch-list closure, and final completion.
Ensure effective implementation of company PMO, QMS, HSE, and project governance procedures.
Provide leadership, mentoring, and performance management to the project team.
