Develops, maintains, updates, and monitors detailed project schedules (baselines, progress updates, forecasts) using specialized software (Primavera P6 is often essential). Performs progress measurement and earned value management (EVM). Identifies and analyzes schedule deviations, critical paths, and potential delays. Prepares regular progress reports (internal & client-facing). Supports project managers with schedule analysis for decision-making. May assist with resource loading and leveling.
