ELECTRICAL ENGINEER (LV/MV | UTILITIES | QA/QC | TESTING & COMMISSIONING | EPC / PMC)

Highly experienced Electrical Engineer with 7+ years of GCC and international experience, currently seeking a suitable expatriate opportunity in Saudi Arabia or the GCC. Proven expertise in LV/MV power systems, EPC and utility projects, site supervision, electrical inspection, testing & commissioning, and QA/QC compliance.

Strong hands-on experience with transformers, switchgear, MDB/SMDB/MCC panels, underground and overhead cabling, grounding and lightning protection systems, and power & lighting installations. Actively involved in pre-energization activities, troubleshooting, system verification, and final handover, ensuring full compliance with SEC requirements, IEC, IEEE, NEC, and Saudi standards.

Extensive experience working on SEC utility and MODON industrial projects, coordinating with consultants, clients, and contractors, and managing WIR, MIR, NCR, RFI, and commissioning documentation. Known for a quality-driven, safety-focused, and detail-oriented approach, supported by NEBOSH IGC, OSHA, and IOSH certifications.
