A highly professional and compliance-driven Expatriate HSE Officer with proven experience in implementing HSE management systems and maintaining international safety standards across construction and industrial projects.

Key Responsibilities:
• Development, implementation, and enforcement of HSE policies, procedures, and site safety plans.
• Preparation, review, and implementation of Risk Assessments (RA) and Job Safety Analysis (JSA).
• Administration and monitoring of the Permit to Work (PTW) system.
• Supervision of high-risk activities including Work at Height, Lifting Operations, Hot Work, and Confined Space Entry.
• Routine inspection of scaffolding, lifting equipment, tools, machinery, and work areas.
• Conducting safety inductions, toolbox talks, and HSE awareness sessions.
• Incident and near-miss reporting, investigation, and closure of corrective and preventive actions.
• Coordination with project management, engineers, supervisors, and contractors to ensure full HSE compliance.
