Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
• Manage general ledger, accounts payable/receivable, and bank reconciliations
• Ensure compliance with Bahrain accounting standards, VAT, and regulatory requirements
• Coordinate with auditors and handle audit requirements
• Monitor cash flow, budgets, and financial forecasts
• Supervise junior accounting staff and provide guidance
• Support management with financial analysis and reports
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance (CPA/ACCA preferred)
• Minimum 5 years of accounting experience (Bahrain experience is an advantage)
• Strong knowledge of VAT regulations and local compliance
• Proficiency in accounting software (Tally, SAP, Oracle, or similar) and MS Excel
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
