We are seeking a visionary and versatile Sous Chef to join our pre-opening team for a first-of-its-kind dining concept. This role is designed for a culinary professional who can bridge the gap between the refined artistry of Omakase sushi and the bold, high-volume execution of premium gourmet burgers. You will work directly with the Owner to build the kitchen from the ground up, design the menu, and define our service culture for a 2026 launch

Core Responsibilities
Kitchen Operations, Team Leadership, Supplier Management, Quality Control, and Administrative Duties

Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3–5 years in a Sous Chef or Senior Chef role, ideally within a high-end sushi/Omakase or premium casual dining environment

- Strong knife skills and expertise in Japanese sushi techniques are required; experience with high-volume grill stations and gourmet burger assembly is a major plus

-Proven ability to lead and motivate a team under pressure

-A passion for fusion concepts and a desire to experiment with high-quality ingredients
- Professional culinary degree/diploma and valid food safety certifications
