A spacious room is available for rent in a family flat located beside Delhi Restaurant.
The room is large and comes with a separate private bathroom, with access to a common kitchen.
The rent is SAR 1,000 per month for one person and SAR 1,200 per month for two persons.
Six months’ rent must be paid in advance.
Electricity and cleaning charges are separate and will be shared among the flat members.
Hyderabadi (indian) tenants are preferred. Kindly note that this is a family flat only and no other people or visitors are allowed.
