We are a well-established in construction and Heavy equipment rental company in Jubail, we are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
1- Identify and develop new business opportunities across new and existing markets.
2- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
3- Manage the sales process from lead generation to project handover.
4- Prepare customized proposals in coordination with internal teams.
5- Follow up with clients, gather feedback, and support successful project delivery.
6- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to support business growth.
Job Requirements:
* 3–5 years of experience in business development or sales, preferably in construction and Heavy equipment rental, or related fields company.
* Strong communication, negotiation, and client management skills.
* Ability to manage multiple clients and projects effectively.
* Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
* Fluency in Arabic and English (preferred).
