• Operate and monitor PVC compounding equipment (high-speed mixer, cooler, pelletizer), ensuring correct settings, safe operation, and stable production.
• Control formulation and process parameters (raw material dosing, mixing temperature/time, melt temperature, vacuum, torque), and take immediate corrective actions to prevent defects such as agglomeration, fish-eyes, discoloration, or poor dispersion.
• Ensure product quality compliance by performing routine in-process checks (bulk density, gelation, appearance) and supporting.
• Troubleshoot process and equipment issues (mixing inefficiency, poor feeding, vacuum problems, output instability) and coordinate with maintenance for mechanical or electrical breakdowns.
