**Job Summary:**
We are looking for a dynamic Sales & Marketing Officer to promote and lease heavy construction equipment across Riyadh. The role includes client acquisition, rental coordination, and clerical office support to ensure efficient operations.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Market heavy equipment rental services to contractors and construction companies
* Generate leads, prepare quotations, and close rental agreements
* Coordinate equipment availability and delivery with the operations team
* Prepare contracts, invoices, and rental documentation
* Maintain sales reports, records, and general office filings
* Provide administrative and clerical support
**Requirements:**
* Experience in construction or heavy equipment rental preferred
* Strong communication and negotiation skills
* Proficiency in MS Office
* A valid driver’s license is an advantage
