We are a reputed construction company seeking a Saudi HR Officer with 2–3 years of experience, capable of handling 200+ employees.
Key Responsibilities & Requirements:
- Saudi nationality only (no other nationalities accepted)
- Minimum 2–3 years of HR experience in construction or similar environment
- Strong experience in Payroll and Employee Management
- Knowledge of contracts & compliance
- Familiar with government portals (GOSI, Qiwa, Muqeem, Tamm etc.)
- Experience in HR policies & procedures
- Excellent communication skills
- English language fluency is mandatory
