To modify the daily/weekly/monthly production plans and balance with any changes according to the order book, to hold correct product stocks as per min/max holding levels.
Ensure to schedule lid and base quantities so they match and are balanced in stock at all times so orders can be delivered immediately rather than get delayed for what of lid for example or vise versa.
Effectively utilize the machines and release manpower schedule as per the plan
To monitor targets per day and liaise with team leaders and discuss with them their target achievement levels.
Ensure that Production maintains and ensures the highest availability of all products and that no "out of stock" situation is encountered with any standard products and if so, with minimal time.
Plan and execute the trial request by Purchase/QA/Plant Manager/COO/Product Development for any new molds and material within one week.
Daily checking the proper closing of the work batch closing procedures and ensuring completion on time and error free.
Qualifications:
- Must have experience working for Production Planning in a Manufacturing Industry
- Bachelor of engineering/Business Management/Accounting/Commerce or any related courses
- Male
