User Training & Empowerment: * Conducting one-on-one and group training sessions on Office 365 (Teams, Outlook, SharePoint).
Creating "Self-Help" technical documentation and SOPs to reduce helpdesk ticket volume.
Training staff on Cybersecurity Best Practices and PKI card usage for secure authentication.
Endpoint Management (EPM): Centralized control of corporate devices (Laptops/Desktops) using patch management and remote deployment tools.
Full-Cycle Asset Management: Managing the entire lifecycle of IT assets, from procurement and initial cloud-based installation to performance optimization and secure decommissioning.
Identity & Access: Administration of Active Directory, Office 365 groups, and Citrix virtualized environments.
System Integrity: Managing workstation backups, data recovery, and ensuring compliance with local security standards.
