Job Summary:
The Secretary is responsible for providing administrative and clerical support to ensure smooth and efficient office operations. This role involves managing schedules, handling correspondence, organizing documents, and assisting staff and management with daily tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
Answer phone calls, emails, and inquiries professionally
Schedule meetings, appointments, and maintain calendars
Prepare and organize documents, reports, and presentations
Maintain filing systems (digital and physical records)
Receive and greet visitors or clients
Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
Assist in basic bookkeeping or data entry when required
Coordinate office supplies and inventory
Support management and team members with administrative tasks
Ensure confidentiality of company information
Skills & Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent (Diploma in Office Administration is a plus)
Good communication skills (written and verbal)
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to multitask and work under pressure
