Key Responsibilities
Primary Responsibilities (Driving Duties)
Safely transport crew members to airports, ports, hotels, worksites, and other assigned destinations.
Ensure punctual pick‑ups and drop‑offs according to schedules or operational requirements.
Maintain high standards of customer service and professionalism with all crew members.
Operational & Administrative Responsibilities
Coordinate with the supervisor on daily schedules, trip plans, and route changes.
Perform routine vehicle checks (fuel, oil, tires, cleanliness) before and after trips.
Support the transportation function with simple coordination or follow‑up tasks.
Requirements
Valid driver’s license for the appropriate vehicle category.
Ability to deal with Authority.
Excellent knowledge of local routes, airports, ports, and major destinations.
Clean driving record with no major traffic violations.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Ability to work flexible hours, including early mornings, late evenings, weekends, and on‑call shifts.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience transporting corporate staff, crew, or VIPs.
Basic vehicle maintenance knowledge.
Familiarity with fleet or transportation scheduling systems.
