Are you a seasoned Project Manager with a passion for transforming spaces? ALAMCO is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Operations Manager to join our team in Riyadh. If you have a track record in managing turnkey fitout projects and delivering results on time and within budget, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
? Oversee end-to-end project execution for turnkey fitout projects, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery
? Manage project scope, timelines, and budgets with a focus on quality and client satisfaction
? Coordinate with architects, designers, contractors, and vendors to ensure all project elements are aligned with client specifications
? Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and enforce health and safety standards
? Troubleshoot issues and mitigate risks to maintain project flow and quality standards
? Report project status to clients and stakeholders with clear, proactive communication
Requirements:
? Minimum 5-10 years of experience in project management, with specific experience in the fitout or construction industry
? Strong understanding of fitout processes, including planning, budgeting, and construction
? Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
? Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
? Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera)
