Job Summary:
We are seeking dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeping Attendants to join our team at a 4-star hotel. The ideal candidate will maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and guest satisfaction while following hotel policies and service standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Clean and service guest rooms, bathrooms, corridors, and public areas as per hotel standards

Make beds, change linens, and replenish guest amenities

Ensure proper handling and use of cleaning chemicals and equipment

Report maintenance issues, lost & found items, and damaged furniture immediately

Follow hygiene, safety, and infection-control procedures at all times

Respond politely and professionally to guest requests

Maintain cleanliness of housekeeping pantry and assigned areas

Adhere to hotel grooming, punctuality, and professional conduct standards

Requirements:

Previous experience in housekeeping (hotel experience preferred)

Knowledge of cleaning techniques, chemicals, and safety procedures

Ability to work efficiently with minimal supervision

Good physical stamina and attention to detail

Basic English communication skills

Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and holidays
