Controls Technician – BMS / Chiller Plant Manager

We are looking for an experienced Controls Technician to handle testing, commissioning, and integration activities related to Chiller Plant Manager (CPM), AHU DDC panels, and Building Management Systems (BMS). The candidate will be responsible for site execution, troubleshooting, and coordination to ensure successful project delivery. Position is required for Tabuk Region.

Key Responsibilities:

Testing & commissioning of Chiller Plant Manager systems.
Commissioning and troubleshooting of AHU DDC panels.
BMS integration with chillers, pumps, valves, sensors, and other field devices.
Point-to-point checking, I/O validation, and functional testing.
Coordination with site teams, contractors, and clients during commissioning.
Diagnosing communication issues (BACnet / Modbus / etc.).
Preparing basic reports and service documentation.

Requirements:

Diploma / ITI / Technical certification in Electrical, Electronics, or Controls.
Hands-on experience in CPM, BMS, and DDC commissioning.
Good knowledge of field devices, control wiring, and network communication.
Ability to work independently at project sites.
Valid driving license preferred.

Salary & Benefits:

SAR 4,000 – 5,000 per month (based on experience and interview performance).
